My goal as a firm is simple - change the way you're used to CPA firms operating.
I pride my firm on three things: Good Communication, Timely Responses and of course, Quality Work.
Before launching the firm, I obtained both a Bachelor's and Master's in Accounting at the University of Texas at San Antonio. I also gained experience in Tax, Audit, and Real Estate Accounting.

Our firm offers bookkeeping services in two phases. A clean-up of the books, if needed. Then, the monthly upkeep and reconciliation.
Phase 1 - Clean-Up Services
A one-time deep clean of your books before we take over ongoing bookkeeping.
- Onboarding and Transition of QBO and All Business Accounts
- Clean-Up of All Outstanding Business Years Needed
- Catch-Up All Outstanding Months
- Resolution for Minor Bookkeeping Needs
- Meeting to Discuss Final Before and After of Clean-Up Service
*Only completed if clean-up of books is necessary
Phase 2 - Monthly Bookkeeping
Ongoing monthly bookkeeping and reconciliation, so your books are always current.
- Monthly Bookkeeping and Reconciliation
- Resolution for Minor Bookkeeping Needs
- Reconciliation of Monthly Owner(s) and Employee Payroll
- Financial Statements Uploaded to Client Portal Quarterly
- Filing of Year-End 1099 Forms
Monthly Bookkeeping minimum is $300/month.
